Warren Buffett invests in retail’s future This week, Store Capital Corp. revealed that Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway bought a 9.8 percent stake in the investment trust, which largely specializes in single-tenant retail properties, like chain restaurants, veterinary offices and fitness centers.
